Yeah I closed Whooked down. Why? Well I got so busy with other stuff that I didn't have time to work on Whooked. Like its a forum, I need to be there to keep it alive. Whooked went dead while I was gone. I tried to get it back alive, but it didn't work. I pretty much gave up. And its not easy to run a forum all by yourself. I didn't really find any good, reliable people to run the forum with.
That's not the only reason though. I always wanted a big, popular forum. Well who doesn't? And that's the problem. New forums are popping up every day. And there's already too many forums. The level of competition is just crazy. Plus forums are getting a bit lame, to be honest. People are moving on to the social network type sites. Most people use forums once in a while when they need help.
I got a lot of offers for Whooked. But, I didn't sell it. I made Whooked because I wanted to actually run (for fun), not for the money.
